1 loaf of french bread
1 bag of Wal-Mart brand “Fiesta Mix” shredded cheese (or equivalent)
1 bag of Wal-Mart brand Mozerella shredded cheese (or equivalent)
Mayonnaise
Garlic powder
Cilantro, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
In a large bowl, put 1 1/2 cup of mozerella and 1 1/2 cup of fiesta mix cheese together. Add about a half a tablespoon to a tablespoon, depending on your taste (I actually use a little over a tablespoon) of garlic powder in. Put…oh, about a quarter of a cup of chopped cilantro into the mix, and the onion tops. Add between a half to 3 quarters of a cup of mayonnaise into the mix (enough to make the mix kind of mushy). Mix it all together so that the cilantro, green onions, and garlic powder are relatively evenly distributed.
Cut the french bread into slices about an inch to two inches thick, depending on the size of your baking sheet, and lay them flat. Spread equal parts of the mix on each slice, and broil the pan full of bread for about five minutes (maybe less, check on them at three).
Enjoy!
